R Kelly has reportedly made another plea to be released from jail as he is ‘vulnerable’ due to the coronavirus pandemic. The 53-year-old is currently in prison in Chicago on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and child pornography, and now his lawyer has said to have filed documents asking the judge to release him, according to TMZ.

Kelly’s lawyer is said to claim that the Bureau of Prisons failed to disclose Kelly’s medical tests from March which are said to show he is ‘likely diabetic’.

He has also suggested that the singer has high cholesterol and high blood pressure. This is not the first time that Kelly has requested to be released from prison due to Covid-19.
