The Saskatchewan Health Authority is investigating an incident after one of its health inspectors allegedly told a Regina salon owner COVID-19 is “not that bad.” On Thursday, Kayla Deics, who owns Blk Hrt salon, got a visit from a health inspector who was dropping off his contact information along with policy and procedures for how the business should operate during the coronavirus pandemic.
