Ruth Langsford has given an update on her health after being forced to miss out on the NTAs with her Loose Women co-stars due to illness.The 63 year old TV star has been suffering with a nasty cough and chest infection for a week now, and she took to Instagram to share some homemade remedies to help her battle it.
She posted a video of health foods such as lemons, oranges and ginger, before she was seen concocting them into a drink. In the caption, Ruth wrote: "Thank you to everyone sending me home made remedies for this damn chest infection and cough….this is my amalgamation of some of them!
Managed to get fresh turmeric….be VERY careful peeling it, it stains your fingers (& worktop!) bright yellow…so I wear gloves!
