PHILADELPHIA - Tuesday will start as another warm and sunny, day before conditions are expected to take a stormy turn later in the afternoon.
Temperatures are expected to reach into the upper 70s by noon, but a cold front will bring those temps down during the evening hours and through the rest of the week.

While the entire area is facing the risk of storms this afternoon, the areas with the greatest risk are to the south of Philadelphia.
