SCOTLAND’S automotive industry chiefs have called on the Holyrood Government to allow the immediate reopening of dealerships.Scottish Motor Trade Association (SMTA) chief executive Sandy Burgess told Road Record: “Our message to Ministers is that we’re ready to go now.
