When the coronavirus pandemic hit, it did more than just force us all to work from home. It took away our pubs, restaurants and fast-food chains – and Brits were not happy.
From McDonald’s and Greggs, to Nando’s and KFC, many of our favourite foodie spots closed down. Even more devastating was the moment when they also closed down their delivery operations.
Since then, hungry men and women have been forced to cook up their own versions of their favourite dishes. To varying degrees of success.
Luckily, KFC have finally opened a select number of their branches, just in time for the weekend. The menu will be selective and there will be fewer staff in store to ensure safety is a priority.
