Libraries, churches, cinemas and galleries are just a handful of outlets that won't be allowed to reopen this month, despite the Government giving clothing retailers the green light from Monday.
Many small and large scale businesses have been told they won't be able to trade until at least July, in a move that could place many already struggling firms on the brink of collapse.
Clothing retailers, charity shops and mobile phone stores will be able to open again from June 15 - providing they are "Covid-19' ready.
John Lewis, Debenhams, Topshop and H&M are amongst those that will return - with safety signs and revised returns policies in place.
