PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia police are investigating an arson at a Dunkin last month. According to officials, the incident took place on April 30 just before midnight at the Dunkin' on the 6600 block of Frankford Avenue in the Mayfair section of the city. Investigators released surveillance video showing the incident. Police say the suspect was seen with a plastic gas container that he never used and left at the location. Authorities say the suspect was also seen carrying a toaster that he placed in a trash can outside the store, which he then set on fire. PHILADELPHIA - Authorities are searching for a hit-and-run driver who police say struck a woman and three children Tuesday night in Center City. The NOAA’s Office of Law Enforcement said the reward will be given to the person with information that leads to a civil penalty or criminal conviction of the suspect. The incident in question happened on April 3 on the Columbia River near Hayden Island, Oregon.They said the boater drove through resting California sea lions. PHILADELPHIA - The body of a man was found inside a burnt vehicle last year, and now police are searching for a suspect they say was caught on video.Two vehicles were engulfed in flames when emergency crews arrived on the 3500 block of 10th Street one morning in November 2022.After firefighters extinguished the blaze, they found the remains of a man inside one of the vehicles.
