Alabama couple who welcomed a rare set of quadruplets in March are hopeful they will get to bring all four of their babies home soon. Michael and Hannah Carmack found out they’d be expecting quadruplets last Halloween during an ultrasound visit and all they could do was laugh in disbelief. "All of our emotions hit. Really not knowing what to think and all I could do was put my hands on my head and kind of laugh in disbelief like, is this real?" LOS ANGELES COUNTY, Calif. - A family is grieving the death of a beloved mother and grandmother after the 76-year-old was hit by a school bus and died in La Puente.The California Highway Patrol, which investigates crashes involving school buses, said the incident happened on Monday, May 8 at around 2:20 p.m. on Hacienda Boulevard and Fairgrove Avenue. Blanca Arcelia Guerrero, the mom of 6, was crossing the intersection when she was struck by a Hacienda La Puente Unified school bus. The Medical Examiner's office ruled Guerrero's cause of death as blunt force trauma.

CHESTER COUNTY, Pa. - It's been 10 days since a 20-year-old man was seen in Chester County, and now police say they are searching for the missing endangered person.A missing endangered person advisory was issued for Jonathan Peter, 20, after he was last spotted near New Hampshire Lane in West Bradford Township on May 3 around 10:15 p.m.On Saturday, Pennsylvania State Police posted an alert that they were conducting a search of the area with the Pennsylvania Wilderness Search and Rescue.They are asking the public to use caution due to more vehicle and pedestrian traffic.Peters is described as being 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing about 160 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.

PHILADELPHIA - Court documents reveal how investigators were able to tie a formerly incarcerated woman to the orchestrated escape of two Philadelphia inmates that sparked a citywide manhunt. Xianni Stalling, 21, was taken into custody Thursday in connection to the Sunday night escape of Ameen Hust, 18, and Nasir Grant, 24, from Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center. The inmates were absent for three headcounts in the hours following their escape, but prison officials say they were not aware Hurst and Grant were gone until late Monday afternoon. Sources told FOX 29 the inmates' cell doors and the door to a recreation yard were left unlocked, which allowed the duo to pass through undetected before escaping through a hole in a fence. From there, an affidavit claims Hurst and Grant were able to climb over two additional barbed wire fences and onto the 8300 block of State Road. The woman has been charged with criminal conspiracy, hindering apprehension, escape and use of a communication facility, according to Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner.Documents show that three hours before the escape, Hurst had a phone conversation with an unknown man during which he made arrangements to be picked up near a bridge behind the prison.Authorities believe that Xianni Stallings helped facilitate that conversation, and alluded to Hurst and Grant's escape during a video call with another prisoner a day later. During that conversation, court documents say Stallings appeared shocked that the unnamed inmate she spoke to hadn't heard about the prison break. "You had the opportunity to run from jail," Stallings is allegedly heard saying.

CAMDEN - Authorities in Camden are searching for two young girls who they say were last seen leaving a local school on Friday. Emma Smith, 12, and Lianiece Torres, 13, were wearing their school uniforms when police say they left Mastery School on Vine Street. Smith is described as 5-feet-tall, 130 pounds with blue-green eyes and blonde hair.

PHILADELPHIA - Authorities have charged an inmate who they say helped two fellow inmates escape a Philadelphia prison last weekend, sparking a dayslong manhunt across the city. Jose Flores-Huerta, a 35-year-old who is currently incarcerated at Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center, was charged Thursday with Escape and Criminal Conspiracy. Flores-Huerta is incarcerated for a deadly group beating at Pat's King of Steaks in Sept. 2021 that claimed the life of 28-year-old Isidro Cortez. It's alleged that Flores-Huerta helped Nasir Grant, 24, and Ameen Hust, 18, free themselves from the prison last Sunday night through a hole in a perimeter fence. Prisons Commissioner Blanche Carney told reporters the duo missed three headcounts before prison guards realized they were missing Monday afternoon.One of the two inmates who escaped from a Philadelphia prison on Sunday was captured by U.S.

The Richland Township Police Department is searching for suspects seen in the images above, who are wanted in connection with the theft of multiple rifles from a home.  RICHLAND TOWNSHIP, Pa. - Investigators in Bucks County are searching for suspects who stole weapons from a home, police say. According to authorities, the incident occurred on March 18 in Richland Township. The Richland Township Police Department says the group of suspects broke into two homes on Union Road. In both burglaries, the suspects were captured on surveillance videos between the hours of 4 a.m.

PENNSYLVANIA - Two high schools in Pennsylvania closed their doors out of an abundance of caution and switched to remote learning on Friday due to threats, officials say. Students and staff at Pennsbury and Neshaminy high schools will be remote after both schools received threatening messages. An announcement posted on the Neshaminy High School website says the school received tips containing screenshots from social media alleging a threat against the school on Friday. Middletown Township Police launched an investigation to find the source of the threat, but school officials say the high school switched to remote learning out of an abundance of caution. This announcement posted to the Neshaminy High School website details information about a threat made against the school.  Officials at Pennsbury High School say the school also received a threat against the school for Friday. RELATED: State Police investigating series of 'false' threats made against schools across PennsylvaniaOfficers with the Falls Township Police Department were notified, and the department is investigating the source of the threat, according to a school announcement. Students are set to undergo asynchronous instruction.  This message announcing remote learning was posted on the Pennsbury High School website on May 12, 2023.

PHILADELPHIA - The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying two suspects wanted in connection with a shooting. According to police, the shooting occurred on the afternoon of April 23 on the 3800 block of North 13th Street in the Hunting Park section of the city. Authorities say two masked men armed with semi-automatic weapons pulled up on the two victims who were in a car on the street. Surveillance video released by police shows the moments the two suspects fired on the vehicle, drove to another street and continued firing in the direction of the victims. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESAccording to officials, a 40-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man were struck in the face and throughout their bodies, leaving them in critical condition. The suspects then fled the scene in a gray late model Toyota Camry, which has since been located by police, authorities say. Anyone with information on the shooting is urged to contact Philadelphia police at 215-686-8271 or submit an anonymous tip here.

Smyth and the victim then exchanged contact information. The two then met up in the victim's dorm room, and after a playing a game and having a conversation, Smyth is accused of then sexually assaulting the victim.

PHILADELPHIA - A migrant bus carrying more than two dozen asylum seekers from the Texas boarder arrived in Philadelphia on Wednesday, making it the 20th the city has received since November. A spokesperson for the City of Philadelphia said the bus with 31 aboard - all from Venezuela - arrived at 30th Street Station in University City. To date, Philadelphia has received 900 asylum seekers and added capacity to welcome more migrants. Two dozen of the migrants were taken to the City of Philadelphia's welcoming facility on E.

WILMINGTON, Del. - A 43-year-old Wilmington woman has been charged after New Castle County police say she stabbed a man during a fight.According to officials, Colette Hayes was charged with one felony count of assault and one count of possession of a deadly weapon.Authorities say the incident happened early Wednesday morning, around 12:30 a.m., at the Midway Plaza Apartments.
