TACOMA, Wash. - Pierce County prosecutors charged former Seattle SuperSonic Shawn Kemp with first-degree assault after exchanging gunfire last month in the Tacoma Mall parking lot.At the time, the Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney's Office said it was not filing charges for the March 8 incident.According to charging documents, Kemp told Tacoma police he was shot at first, but detectives say that does not line up with video from witnesses. NORTH DIGHTON, Mass. - FBI agents arrested Massachusetts Air National Guardsman Jack Teixeira at a home in North Dighton, Massachusetts, on Thursday in relation to a trove of classified documents that have been leaked online in recent months. Police vehicles were seen at a Massachusetts location believed to be connected with the guardsman. The guardsman's security clearance and access to classified government systems have been revoked, according to an internal government document reviewed by Fox News.The guardsman worked on military intelligence systems on a full-time basis, Fox News is told.The National Guard said in a statement it is aware Thursday of the "alleged role a Massachusetts Air National Guardsman may have played in the recent leak of highly-classified documents" from the Pentagon."The National Guard takes this issue very seriously and will support investigators," the National Guard said in a statement.

HUNTING PARK - Philadelphia fire crews battled a three-alarm fire that broke out in a junkyard on Tuesday afternoon. Authorities say the fire erupted on the 500 block of West Annsbury Street in the city's Hunting Park section. SKYFOX flew over the fire, which sent plumes of smoke into the air of nearby streets. According to the Philadelphia Fire Department, drivers were asked to avoid the area of 5th and Hutchinson Streets.MORE LOCAL HEADLINESThe fire was raised to two and then three alarms, requiring additional crews to respond. There was so much smoke, officials said, smoke alarms went off inside nearby homes.A fire broke out at a Hunting Park junkyard, quickly escalating to three-alarms, with 120 firefighters reporting to fight the blaze.In an update late Wednesday afternoon, fire officials announced one civilian injury, due to smoke inhalation. CHELTENHAM, Pa. - The heartbroken brother of a woman who was killed in front of her son in a "targeted shooting" that unfolded in the drive-thru of a local Dunkin' said he's still in shock about the murder. Authorities say 35-year-old Rachel King was shot to death around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday morning outside the Dunkin' in the Melrose Shopping Center.

WEST CHESTER, Pa. - Two Chester County women have been arrested for stealing $450,000 from their employer, Chester County officials said.The announcement came Wednesday from the Chester County District Attorney’s Office, saying 22-year-old West Chester resident Mikayla Zeigler and 25-year-old Danielle King, of Chadds Ford, reportedly stole $450,000 from their employer, a doctor in West Chester, between October 2020 and August 2021.In addition, the two are charged with trying to sell items, valued at over $1 million, that belonged to the doctor.Officials outlined an extensive scheme by the women, stealing from the doctor and spending that money on themselves.According to officials, King and Zeigler convinced the victim to use an electronic banking system, which allowed them access to accounts of the victim and his businesses. They worked in positions where they had control over banking and access to checks, debit cards, credit cards and account numbers.MORE HEADLINES:The two women left their jobs suddenly August 25, 2021.The doctor took note of a large amount of money he thought was stolen from various bank and credit card accounts and alerted Chester County detectives in September of 2021.Authorities said detectives found the defendants stole $256,950.88 through 80 unauthorized payments from four of the victim’s bank accounts.The women then allegedly put the money into their bank accounts, Paypal accounts, Applecard accounts and car and student loan payments, between January and August 2021.The women are also accused of stealing $108,302.00 from January through August 2021, using credit cards.
