The latest Public Health England figures show Oldham continues to have the highest transmission rate across the region. The borough recorded a rate of 593 cases per 100,000 people in the week ending July 5.
The lowest infection rate is in Bolton, where the rate stands at 313.7. In Greater Manchester as a whole, the infection rate is now 474.
This is higher than the national average of 285.5. A total of 13,442 people tested positive for coronavirus across the region in the week ending July 5.
