Police have repeated calls for people to stay away from the Peak District after one of their drones caught scores of people rambling in the hills during the coronavirus lockdown.
Officers in Derbyshire say some are still ignoring the government's order to stay at home and are making non-essential trips by car to the rural parts of the county to walk the dog or watch the sunset.
Yesterday, the force issued a warning after cars were seen queuing down the road at many of the area's beauty spots. They said on social media that people should take their daily permitted exercise close to home and not risk spreading the virus to rural areas, or risk an incident at a time when emergency service resources are stretched.
