We’ve all had to be in the kitchen during lockdown more than ever before. The stats suggest fast food meals are down big time!
Indeed, we are now cooking one in five meals totally from scratch compared to one in eight before the coronavirus outbreak. Good effort, people.
I include myself here. I’ve been cooking a lot more of late and found it really satisfying. Don’t worry, I’m not doing anything too fancy, more about trying to keep it healthy and tasty.
My favourite dish is a lovely piece of steak, preferably fillet, with a bit of seasoning and pepper. Then I’ll surround it with a selection of root vegetables.
