The number of coronavirus deaths in UK hospitals has risen by 437 in the lowest Tuesday rise of 2021. NHS England has today announced a further 372 deaths, Scotland reported 56 more deaths, in Wales there are another four deaths, and Northern Ireland recorded another five deaths.
Yesterday the death toll rose by 191, which was down 24 per cent on the previous Monday, when 251 deaths were announced. Last Tuesday, February 16, the tragic hospital toll increased by 540, which was the lowest Tuesday rise this year.
