Overnight rain will make way for a frosty morning in parts of Britain today before temperatures pick up as the mini spring heatwave continues.
The UK is set to be hotter than Sydney in the run up to Easter, peaking at 24C - but that doesn't tell the whole story. Parts of the country will wake up to 1C temperatures on Tuesday before temperatures climb into the teens in the afternoon.
Met Office forecaster Aidan McGivern said some Brits will see highs of 18C - but that this warmth will be countered by "gale force winds" in others by tonight.
