UNIQLO‘s parent company Fast Retailing is donating 10 million maks to help doctors, nurses, and hospital workers who are helping fight the global health crisis we are in.
If you don’t know, there is a shortage of PPE (or personal protective equipment) for hospital care workers to adequately protect themselves.
In support of efforts to combat the shortage, UNIQLO’s parent company Fast Retailing has enlisted the help of its manufacturing partners in China to procure approximately 10 million protective masks.
These masks will be donated to high-priority medical facilities around the world where there is an urgent need for protective wear, namely the United States, where around 65,000 cases have been confirmed.
