US Senator Lindsey Graham has added fuel to speculation North Korea's dictator Kim Jong-un has died. The South Carolina Senator, who is also Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said today he would be "shocked" if Kim was not "dead or incapacitated".
He also claimed that North Korea, which is a tightly controlled state with little freedom for its residents, would not be allowed to leave questions about its dictator's death "unanswered".
There is no evidence Kim has died or that he is suffering from ill health, only speculation and rumour. Senator Graham told Fox News last night he believes the reports and speculation about Kim's health.
