A West Lothian charity has been stepping up their relief effort during the coronavirus crisis.Boghall Drop-In have been helping out in their community since the pandemic began but now they are reporting people coming from all across West Lothian to use their services.The West Lothian Courier reported last month how they had been handing out care packages and delivering meals to the elderly but now they are also feeding hundreds of people every day with hot and cold lunches, and have been giving out groceries too.Volunteer, Victoria Dunnett, said: “In recent weeks we have had people walking here all the way from places like Blackburn and Whitburn to get access to the lunches we provide.“We were initially focusing on people living in
