Vomiting and diarrhoea could be symptoms of coronavirus according to global health leaders, sparking fears the list could be more extensive than is thought.
The World Health Organisation lists fever, cough or anosmia as the commen signs of the deadly bug, alongside "fatigue, shortness of breath, feeling generally unwell and some aches and pains".
