Westlife's shows at Páirc Uí Chaoimh in Cork have been pushed a whole year amid the coronavirus pandemic. The hit boyband's two stadium shows planned for August 28 and 29, 2020 will now take place on August 27 and 28, 2021.

This comes after the Irish government extended the ban on public mass gatherings until August 31, 2020. All tickets purchased for August 28, 2020 are valid for the August 27, 2021 event, and those who picked up August 29, 2020 tickets will be honoured for the August 28, 2021 gig.

Westlife have also had to cancel all of their UK stadium shows set for June and July, with their Wembley Stadium debut in August "a fluid situation which is being reviewed on a daily basis".
