A woman has divided opinion after sharing a snap of her "healthy" dinner, sparking a huge debate about portion size. The anonymous woman explained that she's trying to eat as healthily as possible, with the aim to lose some weight.

But because she's living "on the road" at the moment, she's had to rely on eating at restaurants - which can be really tricky if you don't plan where you're heading to eat first or have healthy snacks on hand.

The woman asked Mumsnet users whether her portion of food is too large, because after years of dieting and binge eating her perception of how much food is 'normal' is skewed.
