Council chiefs are urging residents not to visit a skatepark after tape designed to shut off the site was torn down.The facility at Robertson Park, in Renfrew, has been closed to visitors since the coronavirus lockdown was enforced as part of the council’s effort to slow the spread of the disease.But youths have been spotted using the facility this week and local authority bosses were forced to remind people of the rules on social media after staff had to replace tape that was in place to seal off the area.A council spokesman said on Facebook: “In line with the national government advice, our skatepark within Robertson Park remains closed at this time, so please don’t use it or meet up with friends there.“Please pass this to any younger
