A car landed on top of another during a road rage incident in Chorlton

This is the moment two cars drove towards each other during an apparent road rage incident in Chorlton. One of the vehicles landed on top of the other during the altercation which took place on Wilbraham Road, on Wednesday, May 6.

A fight broke out involving two groups of men at around 6.20pm. The men brandished bats and knives, before driving cars towards each other.

In a video clip, filmed by a witness, the two vehicles can be seen driving towards each other. One of the vehicles then lands on top of the other.

Both cars were left badly damaged following the smash. There have been no reports of any injuries. Greater Manchester Police have launched an investigation and are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
