Ricky Hatton has urged anyone that is feeling low to get in the gym. The legendary figure in British boxing won 45 of his 48 professional fights and held the IBO, The Ring, and lineal light-welterweight titles at the peak of his career.

Following defeats to Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao, Hatton has struggled with his wellbeing, including both depression and weight gain.

In an honest chat over his current condition, the 41-year-old has offered others some advice on how to deal with mental health issues.
