Bayer Leverkusen's assistant coach has admitted that Kai Havertz could leave the club this summer, amid links with Manchester United.
The 20-year-old Bundesliga star has been attracting plenty of attention for his performances since the German league resumed.
He's scored 11 goals and laid on five assists this season and has been heavily touted for a big-money transfer to United, Liverpool and others, and now Marcel Daum has admitted he is unsure about the playmaker's future. "The situation with coronavirus is so strange and so complicated that it’s still open that he will leave us," the Leverkusen assistant told talkSPORT. "I don’t know what will happen, but at Bayer he has the right place to develop his strengths and improve.
