Bayern Munich could sign Man City winger Leroy Sane 'at bargain price of £44m' due to his contract expiring next year, according to the brother of Bayern chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.
He also believes the German giants could benefit from City being banned, as things stand, from next season’s Champions League.
Sane has been linked with a move to the Bundesliga club for some time, with speculation strong last summer that a move could happen before the window closed.
But an anterior cruciate ligament injury picked up against Liverpool in the Community Shield ruled the winger out of the entire 2019/20 season and ended any chance of a deal happening.
