On-loan starlet Joel Latibeaudiere says that playing in the Netherlands has given him the experience to fulfil his dream of playing for the Manchester City first team and has urged other young players to go abroad.
The versatile Latibeaudiere is one of England's most highly-rated young defenders, captaining the Under-17 side to a World Cup victory in 2017, alongside the like of Jadon Sancho and Phil Foden.
But the 20-year-old has been unable to break through to the first team at City and was sent on loan to Eredivisie side FC Twente in the summer for a season-long loan spell.
Latibeaudiere has only managed six appearances for the club, though he did manage to score his first professional goal and get an assist in a victory over PEC Zwolle,
