Bella Hadid has shared a rare health update as she posts her own medical records to her Instagram account.The model, 26, was first diagnosed with Lyme disease back in 2013, when she was just 17 years old.

However, she said that after the initial treatment, she began to experience symptoms of chronic illness and fatigue that have lasted throughout her adult life.

Bella, who recently confused fans with a strange hair hack, has periodically opened up about the treatments she's undergone as she attempts to raise awareness about her condition.

Bella, whose real name is Isabella, wrote: “Living in this state, worsening with time and work while trying to make myself, my family and the people who support me, proud, had taken a toll on me in ways I can’t really explain.” “To be that sad and sick with the most blessings/privilege/opportunity/love around me was quite possibly the most confusing thing ever,” she added.
