Black cabs will now offer £10 taxi rides for NHS workers amid coronavirus pandemic

Due to the current coronavirus outbreak many businesses and individuals have been lending a hand where they can, especially to our wondrous NHS workers have who have been working round the clock to try and help lessen the impact of the disease and save lives.

But getting to and from work after a long slog of a shift can be very tiring and owing to the fact that many transport routes are closing it is great news that Gett UK, the Black Taxi app, is now offering NHS staff London rides for the bargain price of £10.

Starting today all staff will be able to hail a black cab via the newly launched Gett NHS option on the Gett app. All they need to do is present the driver with their NHS photo ID and they will be eligible for £10 rides anywhere in.
