BLUE Peter's Zoe Salmon had a very dangerous addiction, but most people would not even realise how deadly it could be. The 40-year-old presenter opened up about how she was drinking eight litres of water a day, but doctors warned her to quit that immediately.
For years, Zoe would drink four times the recommended amount of water because she believed it would help her complexion and help fight off the effects of caffeine and alcohol.
But six months ago everything changed when she went to visit her GP who made her realise she probably had an addiction to water and it could become deadly.
She told The Mirror: "It was escalating. Looking back I’m a bit concerned about how bad it could have become." The star admitted even drinking up to as much.
