Authorities in China are set to take drastic action as fears for a second coronavirus spike in Wuhan grow, reports have said.
Local media is reporting that all 11 million residents in the Chinese city where the pandemic first broke will be tested in the next 10 days.
No official announcement has been made, but district officials in Wuhan confirmed receiving orders from the city’s coronavirus taskforce, the reports said.
It comes after it was discovered that a cluster of six people were infected at a residential compound in the city, the first new cases in more than a month.
