Coronation Street won't be getting rid of its intimate scenes despite strict social distancing rules – which will surely be good news to sex starved Brits.
Lockdown rules have been eased again, to allow single adult households to form a "support bubble" with one other household and act as if they're one household, meaning couples living apart may now be able to spend the night together.On-screen, Coronation Street producers have had to deal with the changing rules but have still managed to keep the intimacy going.Speaking to Daily Star Online, executive producer Iain MacLeod said: "We've removed anything that would be suggestive of close physical proximity, so in the short term and for the foreseeable, we're losing people hugging or people.
