It will delight them to hear that the Treasury is now reportedly pushing for gyms and beauty businesses to reopen on December 2 when England's shutdown is lifted.

Boris Johnson discussed which restrictions to impose after lockdown with his cabinet today, before revealing the Government's "Covid winter plan" in Parliament tomorrow, according to reports. "Non-essential" services were shuttered on November 5, sparking fears they would not reopen until next year.
