McDonald's faithful fans queued for more than an hour to get their hands on their last Big Mac or Happy Meal for some time due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The fast food giant is shutting all of its restaurants in the UK - joining other chains including Costa Coffee, Subway and Nando's - as a total lockdown looms.
Hungry customers eager to get a final feed at the popular chain told of queueing for nearly two hours to get their meals today.
Police even had to be called to a McDonald's in Barnwell, Cambridgeshire, where they were "asking people to leave", as customers ignored social distancing guidelines.
