A man who allegedly coughed at a police officer while claiming to have coronavirus has been charged. Mateusz Rejewski, 33, has been charged with one count of common assault.
It is alleged he claimed he had coronavirus while coughing at a police officer who was responding to an incident. That officer is now self-isolating, and police have not said if the man who coughed at them has Covid-19.
