Nicola Sturgeon has confirmed a further three people have died in Scotland after testing positive for coronavirus - bringing the total death toll to 2,273.
The figures revealed the number of positive cases of Covid-19 has risen to 15,156 which is an increase of 55 compared to yesterday’s figures.
The number of people being treated for confirmed or suspected cases of the virus in hospital stands at 1,269 with 40 patients in intensive care.
