Coronavirus 'starts again' as untraced outbreak emerges near Russian border

New clusters of the coronavirus have appeared in a city close to the border with Russia and in Wuhan, according to reports. Authorities said cases have emerged in Shulan, which is also close to the border of North Korea.

They are reportedly being linked to a woman with no history of travel or exposure to the virus. According to the Guardian, there were 17 new cases of Covid-19 confirmed in China on Sunday, it's highest number in two weeks.

Three of those were in Shulan, brining its total to 12. Authorities have reportedly ordered the closure of all public places and told people to stay at home unless for "unusual circumstances".
