A thug told a man 'I'm going to cut your dog and then your throat' during a terrifying and unprovoked attack in a woods. Former kickboxer Paul Norton, 42, was slashed in the face as he desperately attempted to save his pet during the incident in Stockport, Greater Manchester.
The dad-of-three also had to undergo a coronavirus test after the thug spat at him, reports the Manchester Evening News. Police have now launched an urgent manhunt to try and find the culprit and increased patrols in the area.
Paul was out walking his 16 month old Manchester Terrier called Jess in Reddish Vale Country Park on Sunday afternoon. He heard her yelping behind some trees off a dirt path.
