Davina McCall has issued an update following her recent brain tumour surgery as she joked she was "quite bonkers" before she went under the knife.
The TV presenter underwent an operation in November to remove a colloid cyst after it was picked up on a scan. Davina is now recovering at home after the operation and her boyfriend, hairdresser Michael Douglas, has revealed Davina is resting up and hopes to be back at work after Christmas.
Issuing a new update on Thursday night, Davina said in an Instagram video: "I really feel a lot more myself. I've looked back at some of the stuff I've been talking about, and I've realised I've been quite bonkers. "So I just thought I'd clarify a few things.
Firstly, I feel way better. My sense of gratitude seems to be growing by the day. "I'm crying a bit less, which is good, and I'm really looking forward to Christmas." Davina said she feels "so grateful" for undergoing a health check, during which her colloid cyst was discovered, and admitted it is the "best Christmas present" she could've asked for.
