Max George has given fans a health update after he was able to return home from hospital in time for Christmas.The Wanted star had a pacemaker fitted earlier this month due to heart issues and initially feared he would have to spend the festive period in hospital.

However, he was discharged just days before Christmas. Now, the 36-year-old singer has taken to Instagram to reveal he is "back on the streets", sharing a photo of himself wrapped up warm while walking his dog and an image of his heart rate on his smartwatch.

Earlier in the week, Max shared the happy news that he had been reunited with his beloved dog, Albert, after weeks in the hospital.

He posted a cute snap of them cosying up on the sofa to watch football. Max also revealed he had been able to spend Christmas with his girlfriend, Maisie Smith, since being discharged.
