A delighted bloke and his family tucked into six-year-old beef after finding it in his freezer during the coronavirus lockdown.
Paul Smith managed to cobble together a family meal from the six-year-old rib of beef found buried in his freezer. The 56-year-old got it from his mum last year when she changed freezers and had a clear out.
He defrosted the joint in a bucket of water for two days before slow cooking it at 150 degrees and serving it up with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and veg.
