In recent weeks, coronavirus has caused many businesses shutdown in a bid to contain the Covid-19 pandemic. Earlier this month, panicked buyers were spotted in eye-opening pictures buying condoms to “protect against the deadly disease”.

Now in other news, the world's largest producer announced that a global shortage of condoms is looming after a lockdown forced it to shut down production.

As there’s a shortfall of 100 million condoms, couples who are looking to kill time by getting randy might be in for a shock.

And it is believed that people have tried using other methods of protection to steer clear of unwanted pregnancies and STIs.
