Dr Alex has explained how separated parents in two households should split time between their kids during the UK lockdown. Amid the global coronavirus pandemic, schools across the nation have been closed and the UK was put under lockdown in a bid to stop the spread of the virus.

But what are separated parents who usually split time with their kids supposed to do? Love Island star and A&E doctor Alex George handed out advice on this morning's Capital Breakfast with Roman Kemp.
