Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson Hon FRIBA (born 19 June 1964) is a British politician, writer, and former journalist serving as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Leader of the Conservative Party since 2019. He was Foreign Secretary from 2016 to 2018 and Mayor of London from 2008 to 2016. Johnson was Member of Parliament for Henley from 2001 to 2008 and has been MP for Uxbridge and South Ruislip since 2015. Ideologically, Johnson identifies as a one-nation conservative.

Dr Alex George has warned that the UK could be put under curfew if people don't obey the new lockdown. Prime Minister Boris Johnson made the announcement last night that the UK will go into immediate lockdown in a bid to battle the coronavirus pandemic which has already claimed thousands of lives around the globe and hundreds in Britain.
He says people should only leave the house for shopping, one session of exercise a day, medical reasons or to help vulnerable or elderly people.
The PM also says people can travel to work, but only if it is absolutely neccesary. And Love Island star Dr Alex has warned that it could get worse if people don't abide by the new rules.
