The country was plunged into its second national lockdown on November 5 amid a worrying rise in the infection rate and Prime Minister Boris Johnson has already vowed the country will lift the restrictions on December 2.But once the national restrictions are lifted, The Sun reports that Department of Health (DOH) chiefs want to implement a plan which could see large parts of the country placed into rolling circuit breaker lockdowns if infections rates rise again.It is reported that DOH bosses briefed regional health chiefs last week on the possible need for.
