Taking to her Instagram, she said she would "hit the f**king roof" if it does turn out to be fake. She wrote: "If Boris John says 'April Fool's' on the 1st I am gonna hit the roof mate." Jane isn't the only person who is hoping that the spread of the deadly bug could be an elaborate April Fool's.
