Fearne Cotton has courageously shared her recovery journey after undergoing surgery to remove two tumours from her jaw.The Happy Place podcast host and TV and radio presenter had previously informed her followers that she was having an operation to remove two benign tumours.
She took to social media on Saturday, 21 December, to give fans a glimpse into her healing process. Fearne, who is also a mum of two, shared her gratitude for her body's healing capabilities and vowed to wear her scar with pride.
Alongside photos showing the right side of her face, Fearne marvelled at the human body's incredible ability to heal. She wrote: "In less than three weeks you can barely notice where I had the tumour removed.
I feel almost normal. My ear is still quite numb and my face a little tender but other than that I'm feeling good. Only swipe if you want to see the gradual stages of healing." She warned her followers to only swipe through the photos if they were comfortable seeing the stages of her healing process.
