Glastonbury Festival has been cancelled for the second year in a row as the coronavirus pandemic rages on in the UK. Organisers Michael and Emily Eavis said that they "moved heaven and earth” to ensure that the event would go ahead in June this year.
But the pair have now admitted defeat in their efforts and the site of the arts festival will now undergo another year of “enforced fallow”.
