Dr Hilary has warned Good Morning Britain viewers that a second wave of the deadly coronavirus is inevitable. Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced earlier this week that further lockdown restrictions will be lifted on 4 July.
He explained that pubs and hairdressers will reopen, the public will be able to slash the two metre social distancing rule down to just one, and two households will also be able to meet indoors and stay overnight.
However, Dr Hilary, 67, whose fans were left shocked by his age recently, believes the easing of the rules is premature and is giving the public more hope that we're "out of the woods" when second spikes are already showing up across the globe.
