Guests at a once-grand hotel owned by 'Britain's worst hotel chain' have described their 'horrendous' stays there, with many claiming they would never back even if it was free.
Those who have stayed at The Grand Hotel in Scarborough over the past year have complained of bird poo covering the hotel's windows, a bird's nest coming out of the ceiling, and wallpaper hanging off the walls.
The food at the Grade II* listed hotel was described as 'terrible', while one guest claimed another guest's stuff was found under their bed, Yorkshire Live reports.
One guest called Kadie booked a night at the hotel to spend some quality time with her 10-year-old son, who has autism, but called the experience 'horrendous'.
